Care Bears on Fire is obviously a young group. It was formed by Sophie (middle) and Izzy (left) when they were in the fifth grade together. Sophie is the vocalist and plays guitar, Izzy plays bass, and Jena (right) plays the drums. Now, both Sophie and Izzy are in the ninth grade, while Jena is in the tenth. The reason as to why they chose the name, "Care Bears on Fire" was to mix something sweet like the Care Bears, and put an edge to it (setting them on fire). The style of music they play is punk pop, or it could also be considered as a mix of puka and garage. Their first album was released in 2007 and was called "I Stole Your Animal". Care Bears on Fire performed the songs from this album at Pianos in Manhattan, New York, but the audience was older than they were. Their second album was released on July 14, 2009 and it is called "Get Over It!". They guest starred on Nickelodeon's show, True Jackson, VP, where they sang their song, Everybody Else. Justin Bieber was also a guest star on the episode that premiered November 14, 2009 and sung his hit song, One Time.
