Demi Lovato's first single off her new album, 'Here We Go Again', is a different sound from her first cd, 'Don't Forget'. Although it is still from the same pop rock genre, you can hear the change in direction of her 2nd cd. Most of her songs from her new cd are more soulful and not the average Disney bubble gum pop as people assume. Demi worked with other talented songwriters, such as, Jon McLaughlin, John Mayer and Nick Jonas, who co-wrote a few songs on her album. 'Catch Me' is the one song on the album that Demi wrote by herself, and most fans say that is her best song on the album. She wrote a song about her father, who wasn't around much when she was younger, but her record label wanted her to wait to release the song. Demi is only 17 years old and is currently on her first headlining tour.
